Worst case of head lice in the world?

This video of a poor girl and her extreme case of head lice is a world trend for being one of the most WTF videos out there on the internet. 

The youtube video shows the struggling mother nit combing her daughter's thick dark hair. The hair is almost visibly locked up together with the amount of head lice it has.

Expert says that the lice might have been in the girl's head for so long that hey have built nests.

Watching this video makes me want to buy a nit comb right away. Stomach-churning, yet satisfying to watch as hundreds of lice can be seen clumping together.
