A video  went viral today February 18, 2014 showing a man touching and massaging his private, or should I say public part inside a public vehicle.

In the video which lasted for 7 whole minutes shows a man seems to be enjoying himself while staring at the girl (the one who filmed the video)

Netizens have different opinions on whether it's the girl's fault or the man's lack of self control.

Some people said

"HINDI KA MABABASTOS KUNG DI KA MAGBIBIGAY NG MOTIBO"
(He won't disrespect you if you won't give any motives)

"Kahit ano pa suot ng babae, wala pading karapatang mambastos ang lalake lalo na sa publiko"
(No matter how daring a girl's clothing, no man has a right to disrespect a girl especially in public)


But there are cases where even though a girl's clothing looks pretty decent and respectable, a perverted man still manages to harass these girls even though there aren't any motives given. For example, a Nun being a victim. Can we say that the Nun's daring clothing gave guys some sense of motivation to do such things?

BUUUUT. Even though right or wrong clothing wouldn't justify any act of uncontrolled sexual desires, dressing right would give an overall benefit to a woman.
