A 23-year-old man in Balanga, Bataan was arrested after abusing and raping his neighboor who was only a 2-year-old girl.
According to GMA News TV's "Balita Pilipinas" on Tuesday, the victim was brought to the hospital as her private part was bleeding.
The sibling of the victim saw for himself how the suspect abused and raped his sister inside their own restroom.
He also said that the suspect even hurt the little girl by smashing her head onto the toilet bowl.
Fortunately, the suspect was immediately arrested after the sibling of the victim sought help from the authorities.
