A Filipino in Saudi Arabia went viral as he pleaded on a video, seeking help from netizens to help him go back to the Philippines.
His co-worker, Cris Gomez Ostia, posted a video of the stranded OFW who has been stranded in Saudi Arabi for almost 11 months.
Ostia explained that his friend cannot come home because of his documents. The OFW man was the only one who was not able to go back.
Ostia was concerned for his friend so he shared the video, hoping to reach the right authorities.
Workers in Saudi Arabia are currently being retrenched after the kingdom's economy went down due to prices decline of oil. Several companies ceased operations and cost-cut measures to cope up with the decline.
