Actor Mark Gil passes away

Just this Monday morning (September 1, 2014) Mark Gil's manager confirmed the death of the actor.

Mark Gil is the former partner of Jaclyn Jose and Bing Pimentel. He is also the father of Andi Eigenmann, Gabby Eigenmann and Sid Lucero, and the brother of actors Michael de Mesa and Cherie Gil.

The Eigenmann Family refused to give a statement about the actor's death as of now but promised to issue a statement at 5 pm this Monday.

His last work as a kapamilya on ABS-CBN was "The Legal Wife" which stars Angel Locsin, Maja Salvador and Jericho Rosales.
