A noticeably elder man was caught humping a girl dry while watching an event of Regine Velasquez as an endorser for PLDTmyDSL.
At one point he even touches his private part, seems to be adjusting it after it touches the girl's behind. And this goes on for 6 minutes before the camera man goes to distance.
For 5 minutes, he took a few seconds break. Looking around if people there are people watching, then checked the girls behind before letting his junk touches the girl's behind once more. Pretending to be watching Regine Velasquez's performance.
