A mayor who was named by President Duterte as part of the narcolist has disclosed that a former Justice Secretary who is currently a Senator was protecting drug lords with their drug trades a police official mentioned on Wednesday.
Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido,Albuera town police chief, although disclosed this information but he did not directly said that it was Senator Leila De Lima. C/Insp Espenido said Mayor Ronald Espinosa Sr had made the allegation under oath.
It is noted that Duterte accused De Lima of being involved in the illegal drugs trade with the help of her former driver who was allegedly her lover to do the collection of money from drug lords who are detained in the national penitentiary.
