De Lima: DUTERTE bombed his own city so he could declare martial law. (The truth behind this statement)

DAVAO CITY, Philippines � After the devastating terrorist attack in Davao recently, people have been quick to use the event for their political goal.

Some people used this to question the safety of Davao and the credibility of their claims that Davao is one of the safest city in the Philippines.

But one statement surely made a hit. An alleged statement by Leila De Lima shared on facebook saying:

"Duterte bombed his own country so he could declare Matial law"

Of course, the statement went viral. Most of the people who shared the statement interestingly sounds like the people who always accuse the major networks of being biased when they themselves never fact check anything and just easily believe anything that is positive about the administration and negative about the opposing political group.

No valid source regarding the statement has yet emerged.
