Druglord Herbert Colangco will witness against Senator Leila de Lima in the Congressional inquiry next week

Druglord  Herbert "Ampang" Colangco is one of the prominent detainees that will affirm against Representative Leila de Lima in the Congressional request one week from now on the multiplication of unlawful medications in the nation's real jail office, Equity Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said Friday.

Colangco is one of the names in the drug matrix introduced by President Rodrigo Duterte as among the convicts inside the Maximum Security Compound of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) who still figured out how to proceed with operations in spite of imprisonment. Likewise in the network is De Lima, her previous driver Ronnie Dayan and another medication convict Subside Co.

Aside from the high profile inmates, Aguirre said a former NBI director and NBI agents will testify against De Lima.
