Convicted crime leader Herbert Colangco or Colanggo, volunteered to testify against Sen. Leila De Lima at the investigation of the congress on proliferation of illegal drugs inside the Bilibid Prison.
Before testifying, Department of Justice already prepared the sworn affidavit of Herbert Colangco and distributed copies from the other members of the congress.
PTV 4 also posted the affidavit of Colangco on social media.
In his affidavit, Colangco revealed the alleged corruption of Sen. Leila De Lima during her term as the Secretary of Justice.
Colangco said that he testified against Leila De Lima to become qualified in the Witness Protection Program.
