A 74-year-old grandmother and 24-year-old housemaid were killed inside their own house in Rosario, Cavite on Tuesday morning.
The victims were known as Belen Comfuesto and Jessica Velasco respectively who resided at Barangay Muzon Uno.
According to cousin of the housemaid Julieta, it was their tradition to eat breakfast together with the grandmother so she wondered why the victims didn't go out at 8 AM.
When she decided to check them out, she found them bloodied and lifeless.
According to a neighbor of Comfuesto, at around 2:30 AM, they heard the victim's dog barking but they just ignored it.
As per initial investigations of the authorities, it is suspected that two to three assailants came in from the windows of the kitchen.

The motive is said to be robbery because the belongings of the victim were scattered inside her room.
