Ronnie Dayan, former driver and confirmed lover of embattled Senator Leila De Lima, was arrested by the police authorities in Sitio Turod, Brgy. San Felipe, San Juan, La Union. at 11:30 AM.
Dayan is also said to be De Lima's delivery man of drug money to and fro the New Bilbid Prison.
He went missing ever since President Rodrigo Duterte branded him as De Lima's lover and linked him to the Bilibid drug business.
An arrest warrant was issued against Dayan after he did not present himself in a Senate probe regarding the illegal drug trade inside Bilibid.
