A killing of two people was recorded on CCTV in Barangay 120, Caloocan City. It was at 2 AM when men on motorcycles passed by Rizal Avenue Extension.
It could be seen that the onlookers in the street were alerted upon the arrival of the unknown men and some of them immediately went away.
Three men then alighted from the motorcycles, wearing hooded jackets and helmets so they were unrecognizeable.
They started to shoot a man with a pseudo-name of Jun Bango and left him in the street bloodied.
Another victim was killed by a riding-in-tandem at the same barangay. Rodrigo Francisco was shot down in front of his house at around 11 PM on Monday.
Both victims were confirmed to have used illegal drugs. Bango refused to surrender to Oplan Tokhang while Francisco was said to be just a user.
