A CCTV footage caught the killing of two people in Barangay San Isidro, Makati City. A group of teens having a drinking session was shown in the video at around 3 AM.
Moments later, the four suspects riding on motorcycle came and halted in front of the drinkers and shot the two victims then immediately fled off the scene after.
The two victims, both 18-year-olds, were rushed to the hospital but were declared dead on arrival.
The police authorities said that the two were on the drugs watchlist.
The investigation team discovered more than 20 empty shells of bullets at the crime scene.
