This 18 year old Filipino not only explained that what you wear have only a little effect on your chances of getting sexually abused, but also solidly explained how a rape victim will never be at fault.

Within a few hours, the post have reached 500 shares and still counting. The post received a lot of praise especially from woman who are having a hard time trying to explain to some close minded people that rape cannot happen if there are no rapists. No matter what you wear, what your age is, if there is a dangerous rapist in the area, no one is safe.

The cleverness of this admin gathered my attention. He did say that rape cannot happen no matter what you wear if there are no rapists in the room. But he cleverly injected that you really still need to dress respectable if you are going out in public.
