According to the source, the two were arrested in Cotabato City and brought to Camp Crame for interrogation.
The bomb maker who got arrested recently revealed the names of the Talitay Vice mayor and his brother to the authorities.
Abdul Wahad Sabal was also belong to the narco-list of President Duterte.
The two were arrested because of illegal drugs, but the bomb maker that arrested recently said that the two are the brains of the Davao Attack.
