Actress Cynthia Patag slams Duterte regarding God

Countless people have criticized President Rodrigo Duterte ever since his presidency a few months ago. The president receive criticisms from different people, both internationally and locally.


Many personalities have also expressed their disagreement against the president and one of the recent celebrity to do this is Cynthia Patag.

The actress denounced Duterte for his claim that he talked with God during his plane ride returning to Philippines from Japan.

"I was looking at the skies as I was coming over here. And I... everybody was asleep snoring. A voice said that you know 'If you don't stop, I will bring this plane down now.' And I said, who is this? Of course, it's God. Oh, OK. So, I promised God not to express slang, cuss words," he narrated.


"You guys hear me right always because a promise to God is a promise to the Filipino people," he added.

Patag expressed her thought regarding this story of the president, calling his experience as schizophrenia. The actress reposted an article about the story and captioned it with her criticism.
